As this year’s Railway Ball, Railway High, approaches on Friday, 29 November 2024, here is some information to ensure everything goes smoothly:
GUEST INFORMATION

PLACE CARDS, ORGANISATION NAME & LOGO CHECK
Blank place cards will be posted in early November. Please complete the Table Booker Form with your preferred mailing address. This form will also record the table host’s name, confirm the organisation’s name, and verify that your logo has been checked.
TICKETS
eTickets with a QR code for entry will be emailed 22 November 2024. If you provide your guest’s email address, the ticket will go directly to them; otherwise, it will be sent to the table host or booker.
GUEST REGISTRATION INC. DIETS
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening, all guests and auction bidders must be registered to receive their tickets and participate in the auction and fundraising activities. We’ll need the following details:
Name & Email Address: Rest assured, the information collected will be shared only with the online auction provider and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Make sure to register your guests online by Friday 15 November 2024. Please see instructions here.
Guest Emails: Please note that the platform for the prize draw and auction will use the email address provided by the booker for registration. If your guests prefer to use an alternative email address for participating in fundraising activities, they may need to re-register.

Special Diets due Friday 15 November 2024
Dietary requests will be covered when registering guests for their tickets and need to be supplied by Friday 15th November 2024. Late requests may incur an additional charge and cannot be guaranteed.
DRINKS PACKAGE
Your table package covers the drinks reception, 8 bottles of wine and mineral water (and a Magnum of Champagne if you have booked a Platinum or Diamond table).

Entry Fee: £5 per person on the night, or table hosts can pre-purchase a bundle of 12 glow sticks for £50 now.
Top Tip: Every guest needs a stick to play. By pre-purchasing glow sticks, you and your guests will be good to go when you arrive, avoiding interruptions from paying for tickets.
