Tickets
Tickets for entry will be sent to table hosts to distribute two weeks prior to the Ball.

The hotel has 220 spaces available on a first come basis. Guideline charge: £24.00 /day.
GETTING THERE
Tube
North Greenwich (500m). Jubilee line – 24 hour service, as do the Central / Victoria lines.
Tube to Hotel
There’s a free shuttle bus from 16:00, cabs, or it’s a 5 min.walk from North Greenwich.
Sail
Enjoy the Thames at night with our private charter. 45 mins from London. Get in touch for more info.
Cable Car
The Emirates Air Line ‘flys’ over the Thames from the O2 to ExCel London. Approx. 15 min walk.
The Railway Ball travel team will be at the Emirates Air Line desk at the top of the exit escalator at North Greenwich.

Arrival
Use Arora Ballroom entrance. Gold tickets: 1st floor. Platinum VIP tickets and hosted bars 2nd floor.
Meeting Points
Guest meeting points, to meet up with other table guests, will be marked on the back of each ticket.
Table Plan
Plans on display before dinner will show host company, table number and host name.
Timings
18:30 Cocktails. 19:30 Dinner. 23:15ish Aftershow Party. 01:30 Carriages. 02:00 Last shuttle bus.
Food & Drink
Tickets covers cocktails and canapes, a 3 course dinner with wine/water. Cash bar after dinner.
Night Cap?
Hotel residents and their guests can go on to the Clipper Bar (1st floor by Ballroom) after the Ball.
Smoking
The hotel has a designated smoking area outside the Arora Ballroom’s main entrance.

Book a Cab
We strongly recommend you book your cab in advance. It’s a busy night and Rod Stewart is at the O2.

To assist finding your cab there will be numbered Rendezvous Points 1-6 on the hotel concourse.
