Cancellation Terms
Full payment prior to the event is required. Notice of cancellation must be in writing to the Organisers, CL Events.
Refunds will be based on the following terms:
More than 9 months prior to the Ball | Full refund |
9 – 6 months prior to the Ball | 50% refund |
6 – 3 months prior to the Ball | 25% refund |
3 months or less prior to the Ball | No refund |
Railway Children Ball Ltd may cancel the booking without notice in the event of any security alert or emergency or any other reason or cause outside the control of Railway Children Ball Ltd. In the event of any booking being cancelled by the Railway Children Ball Ltd a full refund will be offered, but the Railway Children Ball Ltd shall not be liable or required to pay compensation for any loss sustained as a result of or in any way arising out of the cancellation of the booking.
