As this year’s Charity Ball approaches on Friday, 27 November 2026, here is some information to ensure everything goes smoothly:
GUEST INFORMATION

PLACE CARDS, ORGANISATION NAME & LOGO CHECK
Blank place cards will be posted in early November. Please complete the Table Booker Form with your preferred mailing address. This form will also record the table host’s name, confirm the organisation’s name, and verify that your logo has been checked.
TICKETS
eTickets with a QR code for entry will be emailed 20 November 2026. If you provide your guest’s email address, the ticket will go directly to them; otherwise, it will be sent to the table host or booker.
GUEST REGISTRATION INC. DIETS
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening, all guests and auction bidders must be registered to receive their tickets and participate in the auction and fundraising activities. Sign in here.
We’ll need the following details:
Name & Email Address: Rest assured, the information collected will be shared only with the online auction provider and will not be disclosed to any third parties. Make sure to register your guests online by Friday 6 November 2026. Please see instructions here.
Guest Emails: Please note that the platform for the prize draw and auction will use the email address provided by the booker for registration. If your guests prefer to use an alternative email address for participating in fundraising activities, they may need to re-register.
DINING PACKAGE
Your table package includes canapés, a drinks reception, a three-course meal, and a generous drinks package, all included in the ticket price.

DRINKS PACKAGE
Your table package covers the drinks reception, 6 bottles of wine, soft drinks and mineral water (and a Magnum of Champagne if you have booked a Platinum or Diamond table).
Pre ordered drinks by Friday 13 November 2026
Should you wish to pre-order additional drinks, please use the preorder drinks form. IMPORTANT Please include your organisation name and name of table host with your booking, to enable the hotel to locate your table.
Please note the hotel bars will not accept cash payments.
