TICKETS
e-Tickets for entry will be issued to table hosts to distribute a week prior to the Ball.

DIETS
If you have a dietary request, please let your table host know by Friday 15 November 2024.

PARKING
Limited spaces on a first come basis. Guideline charge for guests: £40-£70 per day.

GETTING THERE

TUBE
North Greenwich tube station on the Jubilee line. It is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

SHUTTLE BUS
There’s a free shuttle bus from 17:00, cabs, or it’s a 5 min. walk from North Greenwich.

SAIL
Enjoy the Thames at night with our private charter. 45 mins from London. Get in touch for more info.

CABLE CAR
The London Cable Car ‘flies’ over the Thames from ExCel London to the O2. Approx. 15 min walk.

ON THE NIGHT

ARRIVAL
Arora Ballroom entrance. Tickets: Gold / Silver – 1st floor. Platinum VIP / Diamond & private rooms – 2nd floor.

MEETING POINTS
Guest meeting points, to meet up with other table guests, will be marked on each ticket.

TABLE PLAN
Plans on display before dinner will show host company, table number and host name.

TIMINGS
18:30 Cocktails. 19:30 Dinner. 23:15ish Aftershow Party. 01:30 Carriages. 02:00 Last shuttle bus.

FOOD & DRINK
Tickets cover cocktails and canapes, a 3 course dinner with wine/water. Cash bar after dinner.

NIGHT CAP?
Hotel residents and their guests can go on to the Clipper Bar (1st floor by Ballroom) after the Ball.

SMOKING
The hotel has a designated smoking area outside the Arora Ballroom’s main entrance.

PHOTOS
Photographs will be taken for promotional purposes e.g. website and event publicity.

Everyone is asked to donate £30 or more by card, payable via a QR Code.

AUCTIONS
The Rail Aid Auction goes live in early November 2024.

ONLINE BIDDING

GETTING HOME

BOOK A CAB
1,200+ guests: we strongly recommend to book cabs in advance.

CAB PICK UP
To assist finding your cab there is a large hotel concourse for your cab to collect you from.

TUBE
North Greenwich shuttle bus until 02:00. 24 hour lines: Victoria, Central, Jubilee, Northern & Piccadilly.

Book early to take advantage of the special deals we have on offer, subject to availability

eTickets will be emailed 1 week prior to the Ball. All guests will need to show the eTicket to gain entry to the Ball.

Card payments are preferred for the games and fundraising activities throughout the night, though cash will be accepted.
