TICKETS
Etickets, including table numbers and guest meeting point information, will be emailed directly to guests where email addresses have been provided.
Where guest email addresses have not been supplied, e-tickets will be sent to the Table Booker.

PARKING
Limited spaces on a first come basis. Guideline charge for guests: £40-£70 per day.
TUBE
North Greenwich tube station on the Jubilee line. It is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.
SHUTTLE BUS
There’s a free shuttle bus 15:00-02:00. Bus Stop D at North Greenwich.
SAIL
Travel by Uber Boat. A scenic 45 minute journey from Central London to North Greenwich. MORE INFO
CABLE CAR
The London Cable Car ‘flies’ over the Thames from ExCel London to the O2. Approx. 15 min walk.
ARRIVAL
Gold and Silver tables meet in the Arora Ballroom Foyer.
Platinum and Diamond tables meet in the Arora Ballroom on the first floor.
MEETING POINTS
Guest meeting points, to meet up with other table guests, will be marked on each ticket.

FOOD & DRINK
Tickets cover drinks reception and canapes, a 3 course dinner with wine/water. Cash bar after dinner.
NIGHT CAP?
Hotel residents and their guests can go on to the Clipper Bar (1st floor by Ballroom) after the Ball.
SMOKING
The hotel has a designated smoking area outside the Arora Ballroom’s main entrance.
PHOTOS
Photographs will be taken for promotional purposes e.g. website and event publicity.
