Tickets
e-Tickets for entry will be issued to table hosts to distribute a few weeks prior to the Ball.
Diets
If you have a dietary request please let your table host know by Friday 10th November 2023.

Limited spaces on a first come basis. Guideline charge for hotel guests: £40-£70 /day.
GETTING THERE
Tips to get you there.
Tube
North Greenwich tube station on the Jubilee line. It is a 5 minute walk to the hotel.
Shuttle Bus to Hotel
There’s a free shuttle bus from 17:00, cabs, or it’s a 5 min. walk from North Greenwich.
Sail

Cable Car
The London Cable Car ‘flies’ over the Thames from ExCel London to the O2. Approx. 15 min walk.

Arora Ballroom entrance. Gold tickets-1st flr. Platinum VIP/Diamond tickets & private rooms-2nd flr.
Meeting Points
Guest meeting points, to meet up with other table guests, will be marked on each ticket.
Table Plan
Plans on display before dinner will show host company, table number and host name.
Timings
18:30 Cocktails. 19:30 Dinner. 23:15ish Aftershow Party. 01:30 Carriages. 02:00 Last shuttle bus.
Food & Drink
Tickets cover cocktails and canapes, a 3 course dinner with wine/water. Cash bar after dinner.
Night Cap?
Hotel residents and their guests can go on to the Clipper Bar (1st floor by Ballroom) after the Ball.
Smoking
The hotel has a designated smoking area outside the Arora Ballroom’s main entrance.
Photos
Photographs will be taken for promotional purposes e.g. website and event publicity.
